Nursery Apprentice

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our friendly team — with an exciting opportunity to complete a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship while you work!
Position: Nursery Apprentice
Hours: 30-40 hours per week, worked flexibly across the week in line with nursery opening hours.
Salary: National Minimum Wage (apprenticeship rate applies, increasing in line with age and experience)

About the role:
You’ll be supporting our team in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. This includes:
• Engaging in play and learning activities
• Supporting children’s development
• Helping with daily routines
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine passion for working with children
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times.
• Is reliable, caring, and enthusiastic
• Is eager to learn and develop new skills
• Works well as part of a team
The successful applicant will be required to provide suitable references, and an enhanced DBS check will be carried out prior to employment being confirmed.
No previous experience is required — just the right attitude and willingness to learn!
